Astrid suddenly gets stuck in a chat flow.
There are two known reasons for why this happens.
- Poor internet connection: If you have a poor or unstable internet connection that might cause Astrid to lose contact. We're working on a better error message to notify you about this.
- Timeouts/delays with backend: There is a known issue with one of our backend technology providers that causes Astrid to time out. You can read more about it here.
- Force quit Astrid by double-clicking on the Home screen button on your iOS device and swiping the screen upwards. Then open Astrid again and click on the button once more to continue.
